In addition to general fish management activities and Fisheries Section administration, there are substantive files on aquatic vegetation control, commercial fishing, exchanges of fish and fish eggs with other states and countries, fisheries research work, private fish hatcheries, and staff participation in game and fish conservation organizations. There are runs, in varying degrees of completeness, of annual narrative and/or statistical reports on contract fishing, rough (nuisance) fish removal, lake surveys and reclamation projects, habitat improvement projects, and general work of the Section.
