Swandby (Marshall County District Court Clerk) concerning the medical bills and financial condition of Hjalmer Larson, a poor man hospitalized in Warren, Minnesota (Marshall County). Marshall County paid the medical bills of the indigent man, but apparently sought reimbursement from Redwood County. Deposition of head nurse details medical expenses, including $ 2.00 per day for the hospital room.
