Swandby (Marshall County District Court Clerk) concerning the medical bills and financial condition of Hjalmer Larson, a poor man hospitalized in Warren, Minnesota (Marshall County). Marshall County paid the medical bills of the indigent man, but apparently sought reimbursement from Redwood County.
