These files contain information regarding the completion of spur tracks to individual mines, supplied to the State Auditor and (after 1931) the Department of Conservation by railroad companies, the state Railroad and Warehouse Commission, and state superintendent of mines F. A. Wildes. Latter documents in the files are copies of easements granted to railroads, generally for access to mines. Also includes maps and plats.
