SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The 21st-23rd biennial reports (1919-1924) are also the 1st-3rd reports of the State Board of Education. From 1925 to 1940, instead of being called biennial reports, they were variously titled "Financial Statement of the State Board of Education and Public School Statistics" (1925-1928), "Financial Statement of the State Board of Education and State Aid to Public Schools" (1929-1934), and "Statistical Report of the State Department of Education" (1934-1940).
