SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The minutes and agenda packets (1973-1982) document the activities of the department’s community advisory board, which was known by several names during the span of these records, Community Corrections Advisory Board (1973-1979), Justice Advisory Board (1979-1980), and Criminal Justice Advisory Council (1980-1982). Included are minutes of its executive, juvenile systems, adult justice, juvenile justice, law enforcement, and public safety committees.
The subject files (1975-1982) and reports and publications (1978-1981) include materials covering such diverse topics as planning, a Law Enforcement Assistance Administration grant application, mental commitment, statistics, corrections, criminal justice management and legislation, and a criminal justice information system.
