SCOPE AND CONTENTS
Subsequent minutes deal with staffing and salaries for building personnel, office assignments, space allocations, building and grounds maintenance, custodial services, approval and payment of bills, annual budgets, and related building management matters. During the 1930s, they make frequent references to the committee's coordination with the Advisory Court House and City Hall Building Commission on furnishings, maintenance, and expenses for the new court house/city hall building.
