SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The agenda packets for July, 1977, to February, 1979, are an amalgamation of those kept by PCA executive director Sandra Gardebring and board of directors member Harold D. Field.

In three subseries: meeting minutes, meeting agenda packets, and Water Quality Division agenda packets; each organized chronologically.
