Some is about specifically named individuals, with information about offenses and sentences. Statistical information includes monthly population counts and averages.

Statistical reports submitted to the Social Security Department/Public Welfare Department's Division of Public Institutions. Give numbers of patients admitted, re-admitted, discharged, paroled, escaped, transferred, and on work release; month-end population counts; and daily population averages. Include names and numbers of individuals on work release and fugitive from work release. Daily reports (July 1952-June 1963) include details about movements of individual patients.
Board of Control Monthly Population Reports, 1901-1934. 2 folders.
Submitted to the Board of Control. Give number of inmates admitted, re-admitted, paroled, escaped, transferred, and discharged; population averages and month-end totals; and other data. Inmates' numbers given, but individuals not identified by name.
Institutional Monthly Population Reports, 1970-1972. 3 folders.
