SCOPE AND CONTENTS
Certificates list date, name of the business, and the names and addresses of all those with an interest in the business. The indexes list the name of the firm, the individual members of the firm, and the date the business name was filed.
After 1978 certification was transferred to the secretary of state and as of July 31, 1979, certificates filed in the district courts expired unless renewed by filing with the secretary of state (Laws 1978 c698).
