HISTORICAL NOTE
Until the late 1960s or early 1970s, this department was the Rochester-Olmsted County Health Unit. Prior to 1946, it was known as the [Rochester] Board of Public Health and Welfare.
SCOPE AND CONTENTS
Reports for 1942-1949 are entitled Toward Better Health. Those for 1951-1954 appear to be glossy off-prints from the Rochester Post-Bulletin. The 1976 report is Volume 3, No. 1 of Community Health Lines; the 1978 report is Volume 5., No. 2 of the same publication.
Also one folder of materials documenting a 1973 interim human services study.
