	Hospital registers, 1916-1930. 5 volumes:
		Data recorded may include case number, cottage, name, reason for hospitalization, and admission and discharge dates. There are also records of new boys admitted, boys paroled, inoculations and vaccinations, glasses, and statistical records.

			Consent form signed by inmate’s parent/guardian, required before surgical operation could be performed.


		Mental evaluation record book, 1907-1927. 1 volume.
			Covers resident nos. 3063-6422 (incomplete). Appears to be a record of each resident’s mental age at various times during incarceration. The early entries record resident’s name, number, birth date, mental age, and actual age. Beginning in the early 1920s, the hometown, school grade, IQ, and group number are added.
