Order Book, Insane Cases C, 1907-1915.
Separate sections for each type of document, including petition in insanity with details on the insanity allegation, report of board of examiners which also gives case details, committal orders, and related orders and judgments. At the back of the volume are a few handwritten orders and examination reports.

Reports of board of examiners and commitment warrants, plus a few miscellaneous handwritten orders at the back of the volume. Most of the examination reports are routine statements that the person has been examined and found insane (or not), but a few give additional details.

Petitions in insanity, providing details on the case (many are not filled in); reports of board of examiners, mainly stating that the examination occurred, who testified, and the verdict; committal orders; and related orders and judgments.
