| Abstract: | One-line entries for each death, including name of deceased, date of death, sex, color, marital status, age (years, months, days), place of birth, date arrived in Minnesota (rarely filled in; exists only through 1896), cause of death, place of death, occupation, names and birthplaces of parents, and date registered. From 1897 on, name and address of attending physician are included. From 1900, contributing cause of death and duration of both primary and contributing causes are added. By 1909, some burial locations are included in a column entitled "Late Residence." | |
