		Very incomplete set. Cards may include name, patient number, demographic information, admission and discharge information, and social security number (if applicable). Cards do not list a hospital but were spot-checked against the set of Human Services Department Aggregated and Deceased patient cards and all those tested were patients at Saint Peter State Hospital. Letters I, Q, U, X and Y are not included. Organized alphabetically by last name.
