The latter files include hearing transcripts, depositions, pleadings, correspondence, excerpts from Board minutes, and related records detailing cases involving tax evasion (William M. Ingemann, 1955-1962), misconduct in architectural practice (Kerr-Johnson, Inc., 1961-1962) and engineering practice (O. J. Pfeifer, E. O. Shultz, and W. D. Schoell, 1954-1956), non-registration in land surveying and professional engineering (Fred G. Koenig, 1954-1955), and public safety in the design, construction and operation of the Northern States Power Company's Monticello nuclear power plant (1970-1971).
