The manuscript is about Charles Bolles Rogers, or "Bolles," an art collector based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A typed reminiscence (1970s) by Nancy Rogers Pierson, granddaughter to Bolles Rogers, is also included.

Records of the movement of home residents, noting for each day the total number present and absent, and names of residents admitted, discharged, on leave or returned, or died, and related data (1932-1988).
