Abstract:Collection documents the Minnesota Emergency Employment Development (MEED) Program, a partnership of business and government that helped create permanent jobs during the recession in the early 1980s. Images were produced for the Urban Coalition of Minneapolis by Tosha O'Neal with funds provided by the Dayton Hudson Foundation and includes views of downtown Minneapolis, Duluth, buildings and highways, mining businesses, as well as various people and organizations in cities around the state.
