Calendars Official Academic Calendars: The Academic Calendar is a schedule of all the events that occur in an academic year including the final exam period, holidays, and the last day of the semester.

You may view semester. As Easter falls later than usual in 2025, the University has agreed a change to our Easter vacation period, which will now run from Monday 7 April to Monday 21 April 2025 inclusive. You can find the full Semester dates on our Academic year dates webpage.

Prospective and continuing students may receive a new entitlement letter from the Student Loans Company as an administrative response to this. Academy Trusts, Voluntary Aided and Foundation schools can set their own term dates which may be different to those published by Bath & North East Somerset. Please check with individual schools for their dates.
