The BMW 850 CSi is pretty much available in FH4 as most of the cars now can be bought with a Backstage Pass after the last update. And you can get one backstage pass per week in the Forzathon shop. In FH5 you either pay the price or be patient and wait for it re-appearing again the playlist, which eventually will do.
