Bmw X5 Scheduled For Production For Weeks Reddit
Hello, ordered my first BMW, a 2024 X5 a week ago. Curious how long it took for yours to get to production then shipped? My dealer says I will receive mid to end of March. All times are GMT -5.

2025 BMW X5 50e March 6 - Order Received April 12 - Scheduled for Production April 20 - Order Received April 26 - Scheduled for Production May 12 - Production begins (Prod Date: 2024-05-24) May 23. My order took 3 months to get a production slot and then 6 weeks for build. Our order currently shows "scheduled for production".
Short of calling the dealership, is there any other way to get more details? I'm a little nervous about the end of the year deadline for the rebate and looking foe a way to try and determine if it will be ready in time. 15 votes, 29 comments. 4.5K subscribers in the BMWX5 community.
This subreddit is for anyone owning the SUV X5. Folks, my BMW order was in scheduled for production status for 3 weeks and per BMW Genius helpline it was scheduled for week 47. But this morning I see, status is changed back to order received? I have to call Genius helpline when it opens but any one have this happened before and what it means?
