Beyond the base MSRP, additional costs stem from premium packages such as the xDrive all-wheel drive system, panoramic glass roof, massage seats, and advanced driver assistance technologies. Optional features like upgraded audio systems, leather interiors, and custom exterior finishes can add $15,000 or more to the final price, making personalization a major factor in the total investment.
The entry-level 7 Series XDrive40 typically falls around $115k, while the top-tier 7 Series Grand Touring with luxury and tech upgrades reaches close to $170k. Financing, dealer fees, and state-specific taxes may increase the effective price by 3–5%, so buyers should factor in total ownership costs when evaluating a purchase.
