I've been trying to find soap near the New River Gorge Bridge and I've heard there's usually 15-20 pieces around a bathtub near a tall power pylon if you head south after fast traveling. However, I've noticed that this spot seems to get cleaned out really fast. Anyone have tips on how to make the most out of this location? Maybe ways to server hop effectively? I have.
