While we prioritize the rental of those spaces around our parks department run recreational leagues, and our contracts with our user groups, there are options available for private rentals. Make a reservation in your Metro Parks Interested in hosting an event or reserving a space for your family in your favorite park? Reservations are available for many shelters, lodges & areas throughout your Metro Parks. Park Rentals Sections of our Parks (green space) can be rented for public or private events. Typically a section of a park can be rented for $50 although this can vary greatly depending on the park, what you are doing at your event and how long your event/activity will take. The Scioto Room within the Griggs Boathouse may be rented Thursdays through Sundays after 12pm, except certain city holidays.

Rental time must allow for catering set-up and tear-down activities, as this time is not provided.
