Mtracker Account and Data Deletion

We believe in data privacy and your right to control your information. You can request the permanent deletion of your Mtracker account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest and easiest way to delete your account.

Open the Mtracker app on your device.
Navigate to the Account screen.
Tap on the "Delete Account" option.
Confirm your choice in the final confirmation pop-up.

Option 2: Manual Deletion Request via Email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by sending us an email.

To request deletion, please send an email to:

mtracker.report@gmail.com

Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
Body of the email: Please include the email address associated with your Mtracker account so we can identify the correct data to delete.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once initiated, the following data will be permanently erased from our systems:

Your Account Credentials: Your unique User ID, name, and the email address you used to sign up.
All Your Financial Records: Every income and expense entry, custom categories, currency settings, budgets and any other preferences you have set.
Any Attached Media: Screenshots or other files you may have attached to feedback reports.

For security and technical reasons, the deletion process from our live systems is immediate.
