I have an i30 nLine sedan premium (Australian spec) with ambient lighting on the dash. Can someone clarify if the lighting is supposed to be on all the time - including during the daylight? I'm certain that only recently it has started just being on for about 30 seconds or so, turns off and then comes back on when the car gets turned off. In this video, I remove my centre console to wrap it in an alcantara like material and install some app controlled fully customisable ambient lighting.
