At one point during the episode, when Vegeta is standing next to Goku as Super Saiyan 4, his eyes are yellow (same as Goku's) rather than the usual green color. In Dragon Ball GT, Goku SSJ4 transformation has yellow eyes. But Vegeta SSJ4 transformation has blue eyes has there ever been an explanation why this is so? Do these transformations have anything different or something? Muscle mass, hair color, eye color, aura, etc.
But for some reason in SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta look 99% the same except their eye color. My theory is that because Goku reached this form naturally his gold/yellow eyes are what they should be. Since Vegeta reached it synthetically, that is the reason Vegeta has green/blue eyes.
