The packet structure and the multiplexing of different channels performed according to the SerialLite III specification.
This specifies a two wire interface, from which the receiver can recover framing, clock from a single serial stream.
- This stream may be carried over physical wires or over a lane of a contactless interface.
- SerialLite III describes the channel coding, clock recovery and synchronization, packet structure, channel structure, multiple parallel lanes.
- It supports a throughput of up to 18Gbit/s.
