well an e36 318 with an auto trans should have a diff ratio already higher than 4.10 so any of those will make it slower 0-60 (guys better with e36s feel free to correct on that one). But 100% lockup is probably gonna get sketchy in the rain and or snow. I believe the 3.64 was the stick 318 ratio so thatd be a good idea if you plan on converting.
