Hyundai Digital Key Not Unlocking Door

With Bluetooth and GPS on, but no NFC, open the Digital Key app so it connects to the car, now use the unlock/lock or other buttons in this App - NOT in the MY Hyundai app, but in the Digital Key App. WHY?
