Flour tortillas are a popular choice due to their soft texture and ability to hold fillings without tearing. Whole wheat tortillas are a healthier option, offering more fiber and nutrients. For a low-carb alternative, consider using lettuce wraps or cauliflower tortillas. Experiment with different types to find your favorite!

Stop buying premade frozen breakfast sandwiches and make them yourself. I've got some sheet pan eggs that you can make in the oven. 400 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes. Then we've got some English muffins. We're going to add those eggs to each of our English muffins but we also need some cheese. We're going to add some sliced cheddar. Add those eggs. Now let me know. Do you like your eggs runny or well done? You can just cook it for less time if you want them to be more runny. I opted for the well done. Now we've got a bit of few different varieties here. We've got some bacon. We've got some turkey sausage. We've got a veggie version. And Canadian bacon on the last one. There's so many different options with these. Top them with the other half. You can brush some butter on those English muffins. And then all you have to do is wrap these up in a sandwich paper. And they will keep in the freezer for 6 months. I just ate one the other day. I made this a few months ago. It still tasted just as good as when I first made them. Let me know what you think.

Fruit: Add sliced bananas, berries, or apple for a sweet and refreshing twist. Pair them with cream cheese, peanut butter, or honey for added flavor.

Yogurt: Spread Greek or coconut yogurt onto the tortilla for a tangy, creamy base. Top with granola, nuts, or seeds for added crunch.

Assembling Your Breakfast Wrap

Now that you've gathered your ingredients, it's time to assemble your breakfast wrap. Follow these simple steps for a perfectly wrapped meal:

Warm Your Tortilla

Heat your tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side. This will make it more pliable and easier to roll. Alternatively, wrap the tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Spread a thin layer of your chosen sauce or spread (e.g., salsa, hummus, or cream cheese) onto the tortilla, leaving a small border for sealing.

Add Your Fillings

Place your desired fillings in a line down the center of the tortilla. Be careful not to overstuff, as this can make the wrap difficult to roll and may cause it to break apart.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then tightly roll it up, tucking in the edges as you go. For a neater finish, you can use a toothpick to secure the wrap if needed.

Cook and Serve

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the breakfast wrap to a plate, cut it in half, and serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as fresh fruit, hash browns, or a side salad. Enjoy your delicious and satisfying breakfast wrap!

Breakfast wraps are a versatile and convenient meal option that can be customized to suit any taste. Whether you're looking for a quick weekday breakfast or an impressive brunch dish, these wraps are sure to impress. So, gather your favorite ingredients and start experimenting with your own unique breakfast wrap creations. Happy cooking!
