They work great and have a good price. CNC Shark - HD 3.0 (Rating: 5) I'd say that CNC machines are a dime a dozen these days, but while the market is flooded with options, they are far from inexpensive. The cheapest will run you hundreds of dollars, the mid-range units are in the thousands, and the sky is the limit when it comes to.
The NW Shark CNC machines comes partially assembled and only requires fairly simple final assembly, and cable hookups. Thoughts on the Nextwave Shark HD520? I have an opportunity to pickup a Nextwave HD520 with a water cooled spindle and some free extra bits for $3,700 locally. I was looking at it as an upgrade from my Longmill 48x30 MK2 as it has its own ALUMINUM table, a spindle (even better that it's water cooled) and a slightly bigger cutting capacity.
