Are you looking to enhance your Google Classroom lessons with creative, visually engaging slides? Canva, the popular graphic design platform, offers a seamless integration with Google Classroom, allowing you to add exciting slides to your classroom activities. Let's walk through the process of integrating Canva slides with Google Classroom.

Before proceeding, ensure you have a Canva account and access to Google Classroom. You'll also need to have admin rights in Google Classroom to use this integration effectively. Once set up, let's dive into adding Canva slides to Google Classroom.

Preparing Your Canva Design
Start by creating your desired design in Canva. You can choose from various templates, or create your design from scratch using Canva's extensive library of elements, graphics, and tools.

Once your design is ready, make sure to save it. You'll need the design ID to link it with your Google Classroom post.
Integration: Canva with Google Classroom

Integrating Canva with Google Classroom involves a few simple steps. Google Classroom doesn't directly support embedding Canva designs, so we'll use a third-party app called 'Assignwise.'
Note: While Assignwise is a reliable integration tool, always review third-party apps for their privacy policies and terms of service before use.
Setting Up Assignwise

To start, click on the 'Marketplace' icon in Google Classroom and search for 'Assignwise.' Add the app to your classroom.
Once added, click on the 'Create Assignment' button in Google Classroom, then click on the three dots (⋮) at the bottom of the content box. Select 'Add from Assignwise.' This will open the Assignwise page.
Linking Your Canva Design

In the Assignwise window, click on 'Import' and choose 'Canva.' Sign in to your Canva account if prompted. This will give you access to all your Canva designs.
Search for the design you wish to add. Once found, click on the design, then click 'Import.' This will link your Canva slide to your Google Classroom post.

Now, your students can access your Canva slides directly from your Google Classroom post, making learning more interactive and engaging. Happy teaching!
