As of tonight (calendar date 03-30-2024), Minion started to fail on hundreds+ people, so assumption is not local PC or user error.
Minion and eso don't really play well together with one drive. If you can, turning that off might fix the issues, though you won't have the benefits of one drive anymore. If you're looking to just download one or two addons, you could also try manually installing them, from esoui.

Minion Not Connecting all of a Sudden, never happened before. Says maybe firewall - nope not working. Proxy Settings - Nope. I Uninstalled and put 32 bit version on - Nope. made sure all things were updated, PC etc - nope, Plus any other suggestion it mentioned. Just to add, the help page is useless for this problem. Any Help Here?
Once you get Minion up again, check in the settings for an option about minimizing to the system tray and disable it. If I'm remembering correctly, you can also right click on the icon to get a menu and you can maximize it from there. I really hate applications that minimize to the system tray by default and silently.
