Slaking fits best on offensive builds due to its hit-and-run nature. It forms an excellent double-Normal core with Snorlax, with both of them sharing checks they can overwhelm with their strong STAB moves. Endure is not worth it for Slaking because he will faint the next turn when he inevitably gets hit while loafing around Encore is interesting because it would be very helpful to lock your opponent into a move that doesn't impact Slaking very much.
