The frames are great, licences are balanced, it just feels like an expansion to the base game with great art! Otherwise I love Legionnaire for how much lore it adds (and because NHP PCs are cool) and Ilean Modern Industrial (because I love the mechs.) On the GM side, Enhanced Combat and Maximum Threat are incredibly well built and super useful.
