Painted Stairs Eureka Springs

Stairway designed through a collaboration of a master muralist and two students from the Eureka Springs High School Art Club. Student designs were combined to reflect Eureka Springs dedication to nature, water and diversity. The Rainbow Stairs have become one of the most photographed selfie locations in Arkansas.

They have been the site of weddings, reunions, kids birthday parties and more. Rainbow Stairs Celebrating Eureka Springs' diversity and inclusivity, this long, steep stairway connecting North Main and Center streets was painted as a swirling rainbow mural in 2015 by a group of artists and volunteers. Based on the artwork of two members of the Eureka Springs High School Art Club, this is probably the most Instagrammable spot in town.
