This year, the tour group has a Courthouse theme where we will attempt to stop (briefly for a photo) at a number of the 254 County Courthouses in Texas.

1/1 (Monday): 9:00a Hair of the Dog Tour: We'll start in front of the Tarrant County Courthouse (100 E Weatherford St, Fort Worth, TX 76196. Autocross is your chance to experience the latest evolution in the legacy of the Ultimate Driving Machine®. Take on our course and feel the unmatched performance of these best-in-class vehicles, with expert coaching from our BMW Professional Driving Instructors.

Autocross is an excellent way to teach car-control to young drivers in a safe environment. A day of autocrossing is far safer for both car and driver than most people's daily commute to work. Autocross is also a very social sport, filled with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

Autocross is a low speed event held on an open paved lot. The intent is to familiarize the driver with his limits and the limits of his car. The course is laid out using highway cones in a road course fashion.

Runs are timed. Safety is our primary concern. Cars on course are separated by sufficient distance so as to provide ample time in case of a spin.

Corner workers are placed at strategic. 2025 Autocross Schedule Note that although the schedule is posted, there may be changes in venues or dates. Registration opens approximately 3 weeks before each event, and closes the 6pm Wednesday prior to the event or once waitlist is filled.

Course Map is usually posted 1 week prior to the event. Spaces are limited. Autocross is a safe and inexpensive way to explore the capabilities of your car in a motorsport setting.

Autocross emphasizes the driver's ability and the car's handling characteristics with speeds at or below normal daily driving. We hold several autocross events each year, including a an exclusive driving school. Autocross, autocross schools, and the Car Control Clinic are open to all BMW CCA members over the age of 16 with a valid driver's license (note, due to liability reasons we are unable to allow drivers with a learner's permit).
