Does A 2006 Bmw 650i Have Bluetooth

Hi Guys, I bought a 2006 650i recently and i am having problem connecting my Bluetooth phone with the car.so initially i was using a Nokia E71x and i tried to connect it, so what happens is it connects for the first time but then again every time i step in the car i had to go through the whole. Question #1 My question is this, where is the location of the Bluetooth Module so I can connect my Blackberry Storm to this beast? Question #2 Is 2006 BMW 650i iDrive interface updatable, because I have seen the new versions of iDrive on newer models and they look great? Last edited by VladWorks; 03-31-2009 at 11:31 PM. I really wish I had Bluetooth audio capability (play my iPhone / iPod music). I recently had a 2011 328i rental while my 650 was in for maintenance, and also like the "office" feature of the newer iDrive. Hello, I recently acquired a 2006 650I convertible. It's been quite the project. I have replaced the transmission solenoids, windshield, wheel bearings, brake pads, rotors, spark plugs, coil packs, fuel breather valve, brake wear sensors, ABS sensors, changed all filters and replaced some.

Hi all, I just bought myself a 2006 (think it's a 2005 build) 650i and I love it so far. One of the many jobs I have to do on it is figure out why the Bluetooth phone stuff isn't working. The VIN decode shows it had the Bluetooth preparation and it has a tray for some type of phone or other in.

I can't get my brand new Samsung Gaalxy Note II to pair with my 650i convertible Previously I had other devices, Blackberry and iphone paird with the car without any issues. The phone sees the car which shows up as BMW 7253 (the last 5 digits of the VIN #). I have tried picking various 4/5/6/7.
