It's the way BMW ships the axle-back as a separate piece and not the Mad midpipe unfortunately. I have my OEM midpipe and that doesn't fit either because of the length difference in the axle-back. Collision center is taking it to an exhaust shop tomorrow and they'll extend the midpipe to fit the new axleback.
