PAM Plus, a mobile application by PAM Group (referred to as PAM Plus “Mobile Application” or “Service”), operated by PAM Group as a location-based service that is made for the customers of the PAM Group business units, especially those who are registered or would register as a PAM Plus member, a lifestyle loyalty program organized by PAM Group. We respect our user’s privacy (“User” or “You”) when you decide to use our service.
This privacy policy serves as a commitment from us to protect your personal information. This privacy policy informs the user of how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data that you have entrusted to us and/or we have about you. We use your data to improve our service. By using our services, you agreed to be tied to the privacy policy and terms of this service in relation to other notices, contract clauses, consent clauses and is not intended to override such notices or clauses unless stated otherwise.

We collect information from you or the user from the data given to us. We gather necessary and relevant information for the purposes needed in the future. Type of data collected:

- Address, Country, Province, ZIP Code, city

The data you submit to us should be correct and accurate. You are fully responsible for all the data that is entered and submitted to us.

As you access the services by or through mobile devices, the data collected can include but not limited to information such as the type of mobile devices you use, the unique ID of your mobile device, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser used, and other diagnostic data.

We may collect, use, disclose and/or process personal and any other data for one or more of the following purposes:
- To manage, operate, provide and/or administer your use of and/or access to our services (including, but not limited to, remembering your preferences);

· Your shopping data/record at our participating business units

- To enforce any applicable Terms of Service or end user license agreement;
- To maintain and provide any software updates and/or other updates and support that may be requires from time to time to ensure the smooth running of Our Services;
- To deal with or facilitate user services, carrying out your instructions, dealing with or responding to any questions raised by you (or purportedly raised by) you or on your behalf;
- To contact you or communicate with you by phone call, text message and/or fax message, email and/or postal mail or other means for the purpose of administering and/or managing your relationship with us or your use of our services, such as but limited to communicate administrative information to you relating to our services;
- To conduct research, analysis and development activities (including, but not limited to, data analysis, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling), to analyze how you use our services, improve our services or products and/or improve your experience;
- For audits and surveys to, among other things, validate the size and composition of our target audience, as well as understand their experience with the service;
- For marketing and advertising, and in this case, sending through various modes of communication, marketing and promotional information and materials relating to products and/or services (including, but not limited to products and/or services of third parties collaborating with or relating to PAM Plus);
- To product statistics and research for internal reporting and as required by law and/or archival requirements; and/or
- For any other purposes which will be notified to you upon obtaining your consent.
As a user, you agree and consent that PAM Plus may access, store and disclose your information and Account Content if required by law or pursuant to a court order. Such retention or disclosure of access would be necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) comply with requests from any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over PAM Plus and its related parties; (c) enforce the PAM Plus Terms & Conditions or this Privacy Policy; (d) respond to any threatening or actual claim against PAM Plus and its related parties or any other claim that any Content violates the rights of a third party; (e) respond to your requests for customer service; or (f) protect the rights, property or personal safety of PAM Plus and its related parties, its users and/or the public.
We will/may collect, user, disclose or process your Personal Data depending on the situation at hand, that purpose may not be listed above. However, We will notify You of such other purposes upon obtaining your consent, unless the processing of applicable data without your consent is permitted by prevailing laws and regulations.
4. Users Personal Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. There is no method of data transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is absolutely secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will store your information in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
We will not sell, rent of share your information without your permission, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy. With User’s permission, We can disclose and send your personal data to third parties related to the Services provided in PAM Plus app, and You hold Us harmless from any loss or damage arising from the failure of third parties to secure your personal data. We cannot guarantee the security of your data on third party systems and have no control or responsibility over the privacy policies or content of third-party service. It is user’s responsibilities to check and understand how they handle your personal data/information.
5. Minor’s or Children’s Privacy
PAM Plus app is not intended for person under the age of seventeen (17). We do not deliberately collect or retail personal information from anyone under 17 years of age, unless authorized by law. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 17 and you know that your children have given us personal data, please contact us to freeze the child’s account and to delete the information. Should the information collected was from a child who did not obtain parents’ permission, we would take steps and look into erasing the information from our server.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the changes on here. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
