Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in any threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior.
Prohibited Content: Posting content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
Unauthorized Transactions: Selling, trading, or gifting your account or virtual items, unless explicitly permitted by Pawsmasters.
Limited License: Virtual items (e.g., in-game currency, characters, assets) are licensed to you for personal use only and do not hold any real-world value. They are non-transferable, and Pawsmasters reserves the right to manage, modify, or discontinue virtual items as part of our Services.
Purchases and Refunds: All purchases of virtual items are final. Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law or platform policies.
Payment Information: By completing transactions, you confirm that all payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to their terms and policies.
Taxes: Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added to your purchases. All prices are subject to change.
Refund Policy: Pawsmasters does not generally provide refunds for purchases of virtual items unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies.

Informal Dispute Resolution: If you have any dispute with Pawsmasters, we encourage you to reach out to us first to try to resolve it informally.
Arbitration Agreement: By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This means you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
Exceptions: In certain cases, small claims court or injunctive relief may be available as alternatives to arbitration.
Disclaimers: Our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." Pawsmasters disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsmasters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms, your use of the Services, and any disputes that arise will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If any dispute arises that cannot be resolved through informal resolution or arbitration (if applicable), it shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our Services at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on your access to parts of the Services without liability.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws when using our Services.
We encourage responsible gaming practices and advise users to be mindful of their time and spending within our Services.
