Yeah. Either the crown's too big or the faceplate's too small. Plus, it's too symmetrical.
I think I could have forgiven both those points, however, if they'd put a bulky guy in the suit so as to make Vader imposing. Instead, he just looks like a scrawny little wimp who needs to increase his meat and vitamin D intake. I suppose at the end of the day, Darth Vayden is kind of a metaphor for the PT as a whole.

Click to expand... Maybe to reuse much of it like the leathers and cape, although it's clear that several parts are not the same (dome/chest/cod/box). And with three different people all wearing the suit for different shots/purposes, there's definitely going to be more than one suit.
The costume combination I saw was a lot better than the one from the Rogue One standee. It is kind of a mystery to me why the codpiece is so strange on the Rogue One version. They should try and get the guy from SWL to consult for Darth Vader in the future as their suit is really impressive and sourced from original parts when possible, from what I understand.
Working from memory, I recall seeing various different pieces of the costume in different test photos but there wasn’t anything as strange as that Vader crotch and the cape is drastically different as well.
