Setup and configuration

Install the Continue extension in VS Code.
Open its config.yaml and add this model configuration. It connects to Perfient's GAIA agent API through the secure public tunnel. Use the API model ID gaia; Qwen is the model running behind GAIA. Replace the API key placeholder with the GAIA key configured for your box, and keep the API base free of a trailing slash.

Use frontier AI models (such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.0, Llama 3.3) on-demand while keeping your personal data sovereign. Raw files and documents are processed locally on this box, sensitive identifiers (emails, phone numbers, credit cards, SSNs, IPs) are stripped locally, and only sanitized context reaches OpenRouter cloud nodes over an encrypted connection.
