The service is available nationwide to Vodacom Users. By subscribing, the User acknowledges that he/she
has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of the Planeta Guru service.
The service costs 10 Rand (ZAR) per day and will be charged daily to the User's invoice (for Postpaid Users)
or deducted from their prepaid balance (for Prepaid Users). The subscription will automatically renew
until the User cancels it through any of the available methods.
To unsubscribe, the Users may cancel their subscription via their profile, by dialing
*135*997#, or by calling Vodacom (local call charges apply).
Once the subscription fee has been charged, the User will have access to unlimited game downloads for
the duration of their subscription. The videos available on the platform are free of charge and can be
viewed at no additional cost.
Third-Party Content (YouTube)
The recommended audios and/or videos on Planeta Guru (reposting and/or linking, interchangeably) that
originate from YouTube do not belong to nor are authored by ITBAF S.A. DE C.V. and are not part of the
service offered.
Planeta Guru only provides links to YouTube videos and does not host or distribute this content. The
responsibility for copyright ownership and content accuracy lies solely with the respective creators.
Any recommendations made are limited to publishing a hyperlink along with additional details (title, reference
image, etc.) to facilitate playback on the original site or application. These recommendations are for
informational and communication purposes only, with no commercial or profit-driven intent.
Compatibility with Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets
The applications published on Planeta Guru are compatible with Google Cardboard and similar headsets
(standard VR headsets for smartphones from 4 to 8 inches).
However, they are not compatible with proprietary headsets from specific brands (e.g., Samsung Gear
VR), unless otherwise stated in the app description. Users are advised to check the compatibility
requirements in each app’s description before downloading.
Limitation of Liability
ITBAF S.A DE C.V. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the technical requirements necessary to use the service. ITBAF S.A. DE C.V does not guarantee that the service will be compatible with all devices.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments for the service are non-refundable. The User may cancel the subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial use of the subscription period.
Service Provider
ITBAF S.A. DE C.V. is responsible for providing the service.
