I've removed all of the setscrews (yes, even the setscrews under the setscrews) and I've been both spraying PB-Blaster and dripping ATF into the setscrew holes and around the crankshaft, and it still won't budge. After removing the retaining bolt on the Kohler SV610-0200 PTO clutch, the clutch half can remain stuck due to corrosion or tight fit on the spindle. Use penetrating oil around the spindle and gently tap with a rubber mallet to loosen it.

As I stated in the title, I have a Grasshopper w/Kohler M18 that has a leaking crank seal that requires the PTO clutch to be removed. Before I dig into this, do I need any special pullers, etc.? A 1/2 inch impact gun and about 5 or 6 hits and the bolt was out.
On the 22 HP Kohler engine that bolt has right hand thread. My PTO clutch died and the replacement was just enough different that I have to remove the PTO clutch to replace the belt that drives the transaxle. Real pain to break a drive belt out away from the garage.
