There should have been a piece of paper with the size written. If you're working fully digitally, i suggest working at the reduced size at 600 dpi because it will let you preview it at print size and directly print it at. When you print and make a book, you do the work of cutting the four corners. In the [new] settings screen, you can select the standard size from the [preset] item.
