What Is a Veteran Acrostic Poem?
A veteran acrostic poem is a form of poetry where each line starts with a successive letter from the word "V-E-T-E-R-A-N." This structure guides the writer to focus on specific themes related to military service—such as bravery, duty, sacrifice, and honor—while maintaining a cohesive message. The result is a powerful tribute that resonates emotionally with readers and pays homage to veterans’ contributions.
