The Time4Torah mobile application is owned and operated by Time4Torah which is a member of JFT (Registered UK Company – 07884678 -(“Time4Torah,” “we,” or “us.”). We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy, and want you to understand what information we gather about you, how we use that information, and the safeguards we have in place to protect that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the mobile app,website and otherwise (i.e., when you call us); however, it does not cover personal information that may be collected through other websites or in other venues. Anytime you follow a link to a third-party site, information collected from you is governed by the privacy policy and/or terms of use for that third party’s website.

Your use of our Website and our services is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as the Website’s Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions, including limitation on damages and choice of law. Time4Torah reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice, so please  review this Privacy Policy regularly as it may be updated periodically to reflect changes to how we collect, use, and/or share information. After accepting this Privacy Policy, your continued use of the Website indicates your continued consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including any changes that may be made from time to time. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom and would like to use our Website, including registering for an account, you authorize Time4Torah to transfer any personal information that we may collect across national borders and to the United Kingdom, where Time4Torah operates.  

2. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Information

Collection of Information from Website Browsers

If you are just browsing the Website but are not a registered user, we collect some basic information about your navigation of the Website that helps improve your experience on our Website. For example, we may install cookies (a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes) on your computer or in your browser as you browse the Website. When you visit our Website, we may assign your computer one or more cookies to facilitate access to our Website, personalize your online experience and record information about your visit. Collection of Information from the Time4Mishna application

The Time4Mishna applications use the Google Firebase Crashlitics crash reporting system. The data privacy policy for this can be found here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/. This information is only used to improve technical performance of the mobile apps.

Collection of Information from Registered Users

We may obtain various types of information from you when you register your account, including both personal information and non-personal information. Personal information means information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, phone number or address, and any other information that would allow someone to personally identify you.  We may also collect information that does not personally identify you such as demographic data and data about your online activity.  You give your consent to Time4Torah to collect and use any personal information you provide as part of the user registration process in accordance with this Privacy Policy by (i) registering for a user account on the Website and (ii) voluntarily providing us with any of your personal information.

To register, we require you to supply us with your email address. Following registration, we may also collect other information from you on a voluntary basis, such as title, institution, or other personal information. You are not required to provide us with this information when you register and we will collect it only when voluntarily submitted, and by such submission you consent to Time4Torah’s use of that information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We generally keep a copy of your name and email address(es) for our records, and may keep multiple email addresses in our file if you have provided us with more than one. You may update and modify any inaccuracies in the first and last name and email address you have provided at registration by emailing info@Time4Torah.org.

Time4Torah, consistent with its commitment to minimizing the data retention of its users, adopts the policy of retaining the least amount of information consistent with maintenance of its services, with its privacy policy.

Enable us to send you the relevant classes you have requested and improve website navigation. Compile and analyze aggregate statistics and trends. Provide you with customer support.
