"Unlocking Destiny 2: Outbreak Prime - Solving the Locked Door Puzzle"

Unlocking the Outbreak Prime Door in Destiny 2

Are you a Destiny 2 guardian stuck at the locked door in the Outbreak Prime strike? You're not alone. This guide will walk you through the steps to unlock the door and continue your mission.

Understanding the Outbreak Prime Strike

The Outbreak Prime strike is a challenging activity introduced in Destiny 2's Warmind expansion. It's designed for a fireteam of three guardians, with a recommended power level of 380 or higher. The strike features a unique mechanic involving a locked door that requires a specific key to unlock.

Finding the Key to Unlock the Door

The key to unlock the door is not a physical item you can pick up. Instead, it's a code that you need to input into a console near the locked door. To find this code, you'll need to complete a series of steps:

• Defeat the first major enemy, Val Ca'uor, and collect the SIVA sample from his body.
• Insert the SIVA sample into the console at the end of the first major encounter. This will initiate a SIVA infection sequence.
• During the infection sequence, you'll need to defend the console from waves of infected enemies. Once the sequence is complete, a code will be displayed on the console.

Make sure to write down or remember this code, as you'll need it to unlock the door later in the strike.

Unlocking the Door

Once you've obtained the code, proceed through the strike until you reach the locked door. The door is located in the SIVA Crisis facility, just before the final boss encounter with Val Ca'uor.

To unlock the door, follow these steps:

1. Interact with the console next to the door.
2. Input the code you obtained earlier into the console. The code should be a series of numbers separated by dashes (e.g., 123-45-678).
3. If you entered the code correctly, the door will unlock, and you can proceed to the final boss encounter.

If you're still having trouble, double-check that you entered the code correctly. If you're sure you entered the correct code but the door still won't unlock, it's possible that you missed a step in the previous section. Make sure you completed the SIVA infection sequence and collected the SIVA sample from Val Ca'uor.

Tips for Completing the Outbreak Prime Strike

Now that you know how to unlock the door, here are a few tips to help you complete the Outbreak Prime strike:

• Communication is key. Make sure your fireteam is working together and communicating effectively.
• Use your supers and abilities strategically. They can turn the tide of battle in your favor, especially during the final boss encounter.

That's it! With these tips and strategies, you should be well on your way to completing the Outbreak Prime strike and earning its rewards. Good luck, guardians!
