Redemption Church Stow, Ohio: A Beacon of Faith and Community
Nestled in the heart of Stow, Ohio, Redemption Church stands as a vibrant testament to the power of faith, community, and love. This non-denominational church, established in 2004, has been a beacon of hope and inspiration for residents of Stow and its surrounding areas, offering a welcoming environment for all to worship, grow, and connect.
Our Mission and Values
At Redemption Church, our mission is clear: to help people find and follow Jesus. We strive to achieve this by fostering a community that is authentic, welcoming, and committed to growing together in faith. Our core values - love, grace, truth, and community - guide us in all that we do, from our Sunday services to our community outreach programs.
Love
Love is the cornerstone of our faith and the foundation of our community. We believe in loving God with all our hearts, souls, and minds, and loving our neighbors as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). This love is evident in the way we care for one another, support our community, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Grace
Grace is the undeserved favor of God that saves us and transforms us. At Redemption Church, we extend this same grace to one another, creating a safe and judgment-free space for people to grow, heal, and find their purpose. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and we strive to reflect the grace we've been shown in our actions and attitudes.
Truth
We believe that truth sets us free (John 8:32), and we are committed to teaching and living in accordance with the truth of God's Word. We study the Bible together, seek to understand it deeply, and apply its teachings to our lives. We also strive to be honest, transparent, and authentic in all our interactions, both within our church community and with those in our wider network.
Community
Community is at the heart of who we are and what we do. We believe that we are better together, and we strive to foster a strong, supportive community where everyone feels valued, loved, and encouraged to grow. Our community groups, events, and service opportunities provide ample opportunities for connection, growth, and shared purpose.
Worship Services and Ministries
Our Sunday services are a time of celebration, reflection, and connection. We gather to worship God through music, prayer, and the preaching of His Word. Our services are contemporary in style, with a blend of modern worship songs and classic hymns, creating an atmosphere that is engaging, uplifting, and honoring to God.
In addition to our Sunday services, we offer a variety of ministries and programs designed to help people grow in their faith and connect with one another. Our children's and youth ministries provide age-appropriate teaching and activities that help young people understand and apply the truths of the Bible. Our adult ministries offer opportunities for study, service, and fellowship, helping believers to grow in maturity and wisdom.
We also place a strong emphasis on outreach and service, both locally and globally. We partner with local organizations to meet the needs of our community, and we support global missions through our giving and prayer. We believe that the love of Christ compels us to care for the least, the last, and the lost, and we strive to live out this calling in tangible ways.
